The Aqua jogging instructor delivers safe and effective aqua jogging programmes and evaluates the effectiveness of aqua jogging sessions.
Assessment

The seminar is a mixture of theory and practical. Learners will look to plan and deliver a session. Although there is no formal assessment, an understanding of the topic and practical application will be required as well as active practical involvement.
