The packed itinerary starts at SportPark, Loughborough from 11.15am for theory including common faults, corrections, and dry land demonstrations across all four strokes.
We will then move to the GB National Performance Centre at Loughborough University, concluding the day with an unprecedented 3 hours of practical. This session will include corrective drills and demonstrations where attendees will be invited into the water for kinaesthetic practice if they wish.
This course will interest swimming teaching assistants and teachers who would like to learn additional skills for faults and corrections and coaches who want to further develop their athlete’s techniques.
