Description

The Level 2 Teaching Pre-School Swimming qualification is a practical qualification, which develops the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to be a Pre-School Swimming Teacher.

This qualification builds on the knowledge, skills and abilities developed in the Level 2 Teaching Swimming qualification. When achieved, it ensures swimming teachers can effectively and independently plan, prepare, deliver, monitor and evaluate a series of pre-school swimming lessons.

The course takes a blended learning approach whereby some of the learning will be completed online. The online learning uses a platform where learners acquire the knowledge and are then assessed online, attendance at the host site is then required to complete the practical elements of the course.

Learners gain access to the the online learning on the first date of the course (first face to face date) and this must be completed 72 hours prior to the second face to face date.
