Online Learning Errors

The Online learning errors are normally caused by one of three problems:

  • The Browser is not compatable.
  • The Flash player plugin is not compatable
  • You do not meet the minimum requirements to run the online learning

There are compatability issues with some versions of Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera which may cause you to recieve a error when accessing the online learning.

We recommend that you use google chrome which can be downloaded from here or if you are unable to use chrome then we recommend using firefox which can be downloaded here.

Flash Player Plugin

You must have the lastest version of Adobe Flash installed on your computer. If you are using Google Chrome this should not be a issue as this is upgraded automatically (unless you have turned this off). To download the lastest plugin please visit to download the latest version

Minimum Requirements

Before running any online learning workshops, please ensure your computer meets the minimum pre-requisites.

Operating System Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Mac OS 10
Internet Browser FireFox 1.5 +, Google Chrome
Monitor 1024 x 768 resolution
Colours 16-bit (65536) colours
RAM 256MB (521MB recommended)
Soundcard Onboard Card
Connection Speed 256Kb/s or greater
